Delivery of products
After your order is confirmed, we will ship it within 2 business days. If there is a delay in shipping due to an event, we will notify you after the order is confirmed. Domestic shipping will be by Sagawa Express.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return or exchange it. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We also accept size exchanges, so please feel free to contact us.
We have fitting samples of each last available.
We can also lend you samples in advance, so please let us know.
If the product is defective upon receipt, please send it to us cash on delivery. Even if the product is defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used even once.

Delivery of products
After your order is confirmed, we will send the product within 4 months. However, this delivery period may be extended depending on the level of congestion. In that case, we will contact you in advance.
Your order will be considered confirmed on the day when payment for the order, return of the fitting sample, payment for additional options, and confirmation of the order size are all completed.
Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept cancellations of orders after they have been confirmed. Also, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product has been completed.
In the unlikely event that a discrepancy occurs with your order, we will have to cancel your order and provide a refund.
